If you haven’t seen Two Dudes Catering on The Food Network, set your DVR’s for Tuesday at 9:30pm (central time). The show focuses on two California surfer dudes, John and Vinny and their catering business. This episode found the dudes preparing for a sushi party and 2 separate parties on the Fourth of July. They had me at sushi party. I watched their Iron Chef episode the other night and while they lost to the great Iron Chef Cat Cora, (though only by a point) their laid-back style, cute cali -accents, and simple yet delicious looking food won me over. It’s Miami Ink meets Rachel Ray, and I like it.
