Each week we’ll watch one show and offer up three opinions. As always sometimes
we’ll agree and sometimes we’ll violently disagree enough to put out a mob hit on each other. Fortunately we’ll come to our senses and cancel the hit. You won’t get to see any of that Sopranos action but whats left is One Show, Three Opinions. This week is the new show Eli Stone.

The Writers Guild announced Tuesday evening that its membership voted 3,492 to 283 to end the 3-month strike. This means that WGA members can return to work immediately and salvage some of those shows we’ve been missing. I know many of the shows won’t be back this television season and this is, of course, sad. However, I think this will be good for us all in the end. A well paid writer is a happier writer (ha!). So perhaps this means those (totally rare) once boring story lines will now be spurned on to new levels of interesting with the new residuals burning the writers pockets. continue reading »
