Quick Hits: Cavemen 1
We all heard about it but few of us were anticipating the new ABC sitcom called Cavemen. I , like most, thought it would be horrible but part of me held out hope that it would be a little different and perhaps even a bit funny. Prove me wrong, Silent Bob I said to it and it respondeded, “um
no”. It’s your basic sitcom about three guys except they happen to be Cavemen. It’s like four kings but not as funny. Note: The four kings was impressively unfunny. The show follows our three main characaters Joel, Nick, and Andy as these cavemen live in modern day society. They’ve been here for all time and simply didn’t evolve. A show that would make encino man want to be refrozen, Cavemen isn’t very good. The only redeeming thought is that it’s not the worst sitcom to air on television. However, you must watch it at least once. It’s not right to hate it based on concept alone. It’s accurate, yes but not right.
